The game with biggest result difference took place in Sint Katelijne. Local Sint Kateline Waver (5-1) outscored 9th ranked Antwerp (1-3) 106-68 on Sunday night. They outrebounded Antwerp 41-25 including a 33-22 advantage in defensive rebounds. Sint Kateline Waver shot the lights out from three sinking 20 long-distance shots on high 66.7 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by Antwerp's players. The best player for the winners was international Laure Resimont (185-98) who scored 39 points (!!!) and 5 rebounds. Point guard Elise Ramette (171-98) chipped in 23 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists. Four Sint Kateline Waver players scored in double figures. Sint Kateline Waver's coach Arvid Diels felt very confident using 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American center Angela Beadle (190-93, college: Sam Houston St.) produced 20 points and 8 rebounds and Slovenian guard Katarina Ristic (170-84, agency: Two Points) added 15 points respectively for the guests. Sint Kateline Waver have an impressive five-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Deerlijk. Antwerp lost third consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the ninth position with three games lost. Sint Kateline Waver will face league's second-placed Tulikivi in Deerlijk in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Antwerp will play on the road against Belfius Namur (#5) and hope to win that game.
