The game in was also worth to mention about. Fifth ranked Hamar (6-3) played at the court of 7th ranked Sindri (1-9). Hamar managed to secure a 6-point victory 104-98. The game without a history. Hamar led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. It was a good game for American guard Everage Richardson (191-85, college: Co.Carolina) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 24 points, 16 rebounds and 5 assists. Croatian Marko Milekic (201-95) contributed with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 13 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field) for the winners. Five Hamar players scored in double figures. Dutch forward Chaed Wellian (204-92, college: Tennessee St.) answered with a double-double by scoring 32 points and 17 rebounds and American-German guard Kenny Fluellen (191-90, college: Paine) added 30 points and 6 assists in the effort for Sindri. Hamar moved-up to third place, which they share with Fjolnir and Vestri. Newly promoted Sindri keeps the seventh position with nine games lost. Hamar's next round opponent will be league's second-placed Hottur in Egilsstadir and it will be for sure the game of the week. Sindri will play on the road against the league's leader Thor AK (#1) in Akureyri and hope to win that game.
