An interesting game for Shimane Magic (14-7) which hosted in Shimane second-ranked Sendai 89ers (15-6). Third ranked Shimane Magic had an easy win 81-66. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Sendai 89ers. Shimane Magic looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Shimane Magic maintains third position with 14-7 record having just two points less than leader Cyberdyne IR. Loser Sendai 89ers still keep top place with six games lost. Shimane Magic will face again league's second-placed Sendai 89ers at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week.
