Everything went according to plan when fourth ranked Bologna (8-3) beat at home 7th ranked Umbertide (6-5) 66-52 on Saturday. Bologna made 16-of-21 free shots (76.2 percent) during the game. It was a great evening for the former international point guard Raelin DAlie (168-87, college: Wisconsin, agency: LBM Management) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 12 rebounds. Swingman Elisabetta Tassinari (175-94) helped adding 11 points. Bologna's coach Giancarlo Giroldi used entire bench and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Forward Federica Giudice (180-0) responded with 18 points and 7 rebounds and Croatian forward Andrijana Cvitkovic (190-94, college: Dayton, agency: Interperformances) scored 16 points and 8 rebounds (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line). Bologna maintains fourth place in A2 with 8-3 record. Loser Umbertide keeps the seventh position with five games lost.
