The game between closely ranked teams ended with fourth ranked Dacin Tigers' (3-5) victory over 5th ranked Fubon Braves (2-5) 82-76 on Saturday. Quite impressive performance for American center Anthony McClain (211-88, college: Cincinnati) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 13 points and 19 rebounds. International guard I-Chieh Su (182-87) contributed with 14 points, 8 assists and 4 steals for the winners. American forward Tony Mitchell (203-92, college: N.Texas) replied with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 15 rebounds and 6 blocks (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) and the former international swingman Wen-Cheng Tsai (190-85) added 16 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for Fubon Braves. Four Dacin Tigers and five Fubon Braves players scored in double figures. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Dacin Tigers maintains fourth position with 3-5 record. Loser Fubon Braves keep the fifth place with five games lost. Dacin Tigers will face Pauian (#6) in the next round. Fubon Braves will play against Yulon Luxgen and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
