Rather expected game when 12th ranked Kolossos HH (1-6) lost to tenth ranked Panionios (3-5) in Athens 80-88. The best player for the winners was American guard Davion Berry (193-91, college: Weber St.) who scored 26 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. The other American import forward EJ Singler (198-90, college: Oregon) chipped in 16 points and 6 rebounds. Four Panionios players scored in double figures. The former international center Dimitris Mavroeidis (208-85, agency: Octagon Europe) produced 22 points and 7 rebounds and American guard Sterling Gibbs (188-93, college: Connecticut, agency: Octagon Europe) added 20 points respectively for the guests. Kolossos HH's coach Nikos Vetoulas rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Panionios moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Lavrio and Holargos. Kolossos HH lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the twelfth position with six games lost. Panionios' supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Athens to the arena Peristeri GS.
