The game between closely ranked teams ended with 11th ranked Carugate's (4-7) road loss to tenth ranked Ponzano (4-7) 62-76 on Saturday. Ponzano dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Carugate's 32. Ponzano had a 31-18 advantage in offensive rebounds. Newly promoted Ponzano maintains tenth place in A2 with 4-7 record. Ponzano will face higher ranked Udine (#7) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Carugate will play against Scrivia (#4) and hope to win that game.
