Regular Season Round 12: Amsterdam - Zwolle 60-91
Date: December 8, 2018
Eredivisie top team - Zwolle (13-0) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed ninth ranked Amsterdam (2-12) 91-60. Worth to mention a quality performance of American guard Sherron Dorsey-Walker (193-93, college: Oakland) who helped to win the game recording 32 points and 6 rebounds and Canadian point guard Kaza Kajami-Keane (185-94, college: Cleveland St., agency: Interperformances) who added 14 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists during the contest. The best for the losing side was center Berend Weijs (207-88, college: Maryland) with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 14 rebounds and 4 blocks and the former international swingman Dimeo Van-Der-Horst (197-91) scored 9 points and 8 assists. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Zwolle have an impressive 13-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 13-0 record. Amsterdam at the other side dropped to the bottom place with 12 games lost. Zwolle will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Amsterdam will play on the road against Dutch Windmills (#5) in Dordrecht and hopes to get back on the winning track.
