There was a small surprise when seventh ranked Lucca (4-5) won against on the road 5th ranked Napoli (5-4) 82-73. Lucca dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Napoli's 46. American swingman Krystal Vaughn (185-86, college: VCU) stepped up and scored 26 points and 9 rebounds for the winners and Dutch Kourtney Treffers (187-94, agency: LBM Management) chipped in 20 points and 11 rebounds. The best for the losing side was American-French forward Gabby Williams (180-96, college: Connecticut) with 22 points and 7 rebounds and American center Isabelle Harrison (190-93, college: Tennessee) scored 16 points and 9 rebounds.
