Regular Season Round 21: Shimane SM - Sendai 89ers 74-72

A very close game took place in Shimane between Shimane Magic and Sendai 89ers. Third ranked Shimane Magic (14-7) got a very close home victory over second-best Sendai 89ers (15-6). Sendai 89ers' coach Dai Oketani rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Shimane Magic have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain third place with 14-7 record having four points less than leader Kumamoto V. Sendai 89ers lost third consecutive game. They still keep top position with six games lost. They share it with Toyotsu FE and Cyberdyne IR. Shimane Magic will meet Bambitious Nara (#6) on the road in the next round. Sendai 89ers will play against Aomori Watts (#6) and hope to secure a win.
