Very expected game when 7th ranked Wetterbygden (6-11) was smashed on the road by second ranked Norrkoping Dolphins (12-4) 91-71 on Sunday. The hosts trailed by 1 point after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 9-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 91-71. Norrkoping Dolphins looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. The former international Mikael Lindquist (193-83) notched 29 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the effort and the former international center Joakim Kjellbom (212-79, college: N.Arizona) supported him with 10 points and 8 rebounds. Norrkoping Dolphins' coach Adnan Chuk used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even 14 points and 8 rebounds by American CJ Dunston (196-94, college: Lancaster Bible) did not help to save the game for Wetterbygden. International center Carl Engstrom (216-91, college: Alabama) added 13 points and 10 rebounds for the guests. Four Norrkoping Dolphins and five Wetterbygden players scored in double figures. Norrkoping Dolphins have a solid three-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains second position with 12-4 record behind leader Sodertalje.
