Regular Season Round 14: Orchies - Kaysersberg 87-95

Very important is a home loss of third ranked Orchesien BC (10-6) against eleventh ranked Kaysersberg (6-10) on Tuesday night. Host Orchesien BC was defeated by Kaysersberg in a tough game in Orchies 87-95. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Orchesien BC. Kaysersberg made 21-of-26 charity shots (80.8 percent) during the game. It was a very good performance for Lithuanian center Adomas Drungilas (203-90) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 20 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists. Canadian-British forward Jermel Kennedy (201-89, college: Lander) contributed with 25 points and 5 assists for the winners. Forward Jeremy Ricard-Dorigo (200-94) replied with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 10 rebounds and Malcolm Gountas (189-94) added 20 points and 5 assists in the effort for Orchesien BC. Four Kaysersberg and five Orchesien BC players scored in double figures. Kaysersberg moved-up to tenth place in Group A, which they share with ALS Basket. Orchesien BC at the other side keeps the third position with six games lost. Kaysersberg's next round opponent will be higher ranked Besancon (#5) at home and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Orchesien BC will play against Charleville-Mezieres and hope to win that game.
