The game in Brest supposed to be also worth to mention about. Third ranked Gorizont (7-1) played at the court of 5th ranked BrGU COR Victoria (3-7). Gorizont smashed BrGU COR Victoria 94-54. The game without a history. Gorizont led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to BrGU COR Victoria's 40. Gorizont forced 21 BrGU COR Victoria turnovers and outrebounded them 50-23 including a 20-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. Gorizont players were unselfish on offense dishing 31 assists comparing to just 16 passes made by BrGU COR Victoria's players. The winners were led by the former international center Marina Kress (193-80) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 16 points, 20 rebounds and 7 assists and Russian guard Evgeniia Korotygina (180-93) supported her with 20 points and 4 assists.
