Regular Season Round 13: Trefl II Sopot - Domino Inowr. 75-88

Very expected game when 12th ranked Trefl II Sopot (3-9) was defeated at home by sixth ranked Domino Inowr. (6-6) 88-75 on Saturday. Domino Inowr. forced 19 Trefl II Sopot turnovers and outrebounded them 47-34 including 32 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. Point guard Kamil Maciejewski (188-91) stepped up with a triple-double by scoring 13 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists for the winners and swingman Daniel Korolczyk (190-87) chipped in 29 points and 4 steals. At the losing side point guard Piotr Lis (185-2) responded with 17 points and swingman Blazej Kulikowski (196-1) scored 14 points and 8 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The victory was the third consecutive win for Domino Inowr.. They moved-up to fifth place in Group A, which they share with AZS UMK Torun and Arka II. Loser Trefl II Sopot keeps the twelfth position with nine games lost. Domino Inowr. will face Gniezno (#8) at home in the next round.
