Regular Season Round 14: Slask Wroclaw - WKK Wroclaw 91-72

The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Slask as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Slask smashed 4th ranked WKK Wroclaw at home 91-72. Slask players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by WKK Wroclaw's players. Point guard Norbert Kulon (187-92) notched 19 points and 8 assists to lead the effort and power forward Aleksander Dziewa (205-97, agency: Octagon Europe) supported him with 19 points and 9 rebounds. Four Slask players scored in double figures. Even 29 points by forward Bartosz Ciechocinski (203-91) did not help to save the game for WKK Wroclaw. Point guard Michal Jedrzejewski (184-98) added 16 points for the guests. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Slask have a solid three-game winning streak. As mentioned above they took over a top position. Newly promoted WKK Wroclaw keeps the fourth place with five games lost. They share the position with Enea Astoria. WKK Wroclaw will play next round against GKS Tychy trying to get back on the winning streak. Slask will try to continue on its current victory against second ranked Sokol Lancut on the road.
