We could consider it a predictable result in the game between close teams when fifth ranked Mondragon (8-3) defeated at home 4th ranked Valle de Egues (8-4) 76-69 on Saturday. American center Zach Kirschbaum (208-93, college: Trinity Intern.) had a double-double by scoring 15 points and 18 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and point guard Dani Lorenzo (181-93) chipped in 16 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest.
