Important game to mention about took place in Klodzko. Second ranked Klodzko (10-3) saved a 2-point victory at home edging 7th ranked Slask 2 Wroclaw (7-6) 87-85 on Saturday evening. Host team only slightly avoided a big embarassment. Guard Rafal Wojciechowski (192-85) orchestrated the victory by scoring 21 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. Point guard Marcin Kowalski (175-82) contributed with 16 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Guard Jan Malesa (187-99) replied with 22 points and 7 rebounds and Kacper Gordon (183-2) added 16 points and 5 assists in the effort for Slask 2 Wroclaw. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Klodzko maintains second position in Group D with 10-3 record having four points less than leader Zubry. Slask 2 Wroclaw at the other side keeps the seventh place with six games lost. Klodzko will play against Turow (#13) in Zgorzelec in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Slask 2 Wroclaw will play at home against Katy Wroclawskie (#5) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
