There was no surprise in Stalowa Wola where 14th ranked Legia 2 (1-13) was defeated by sixth ranked Stal SW (8-6) 93-82 on Saturday. Stal SW made 16-of-21 free shots (76.2 percent) during the game. They shot the lights out from three sinking 15 long-distance shots on high 62.5 percentage. The best player for the winners was guard Cezary Guminski (192-94) who had a double-double by scoring 24 points, 13 rebounds and 8 assists. Leszek Kaczmarski (190-94) chipped in 22 points and 4 assists. Stal SW's coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Guard Maksymilian Motel (187-0) produced 19 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and guard Michal Kucharski (182-0) added 24 points respectively for the guests. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Stal SW have an impressive five-game winning streak. They moved-up to fifth place in Group B, which they share with Rosa II Radom.
