Not a big story in a game when 12th ranked Sant Adria (2-9) lost to ninth ranked Maquinaria Ensino (4-7) in Lugo 65-82 on Saturday. Maquinaria Ensino outrebounded Sant Adria 46-30 including a 34-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was an exceptional evening for Nigerian-American forward Atonye Nyingifa (180-90, college: UCLA) who led the winners and scored 16 points and 9 rebounds. Point guard Angela Salvadores (178-97, college: Duke, agency: ProDep Management) accounted for 17 points and 5 rebounds for the winning side. Five Maquinaria Ensino players scored in double figures.
