No shocking result in a game when second ranked Real Madrid (10-3) defeated at home 10th ranked UCAM Murcia (5-7) 80-74 on Sunday. However just six-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. The hosts started the game with a very strong first quarter 18-8. But UCAM Murcia won third quarter 26-16. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was decided in the last minutes when Real Madrid won last quarter 22-18. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. The victory was the third consecutive win for Real Madrid. Defending champion keeps a position of league leader, which they share with FC Barcelona and Baskonia. Loser UCAM Murcia keeps the tenth place with seven games lost.
