Important game to mention about took place in Nes Ziyona. Eighth ranked Rishon (5-7) saved a 2-point victory on the road edging 7th ranked Ironi Nes-Ziona (5-7) 95-93 in the game for the seventh place. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Ironi Nes-Ziona. Ironi Nes-Ziona was plagued by 30 personal fouls down the stretch. American players dominated the game. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Alex Hamilton (193-93, college: Louisiana Tech) who helped to win the game recording 21 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists and guard Cameron Long (192-88, college: George Mason, agency: Inception Sports) who added 20 points during the contest. The best for the losing side was swingman Chris Dowe (191-91, college: Bellarmine) with 28 points and swingman Daequan Cook (196-87, college: Ohio St.) produced a double-double by scoring 16 points and 13 rebounds. Five Rishon and four Ironi Nes-Ziona players scored in double figures. Rishon moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Nes-Ziona. Rishon will play against higher ranked Hapoel Jerusalem (#4) at home in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Ironi Nes-Ziona will play against Galil Gilboa and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
