We should mention about the upset which took place in Anshan, where higher ranked Henan Phoenix (17-11) lost to thirteenth ranked Liaoning Hengye (10-18) in a road game 64-74 on Wednesday. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Henan Phoenix. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Jinbo Xing (181-96) who helped to win the game recording 18 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists and forward Jiamei Liang (182-92) who added 18 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side American center Stefanie Dolson (196-92, college: Connecticut) responded with 23 points and 9 rebounds (made all of her seven free throws) and forward Jie Sun (187-91) scored 23 points.
