Very predictable result when third ranked Olimpia Matera (12-3) won against at home 8th ranked Scauri (6-8) 81-69 on Sunday. It was a good game for point guard Daniele Merletto (175-93) who led his team to a victory with 16 points, 6 assists and 6 steals. Naturalized Argentinian power forward Enzo-Damian Cena (200-92) contributed with 14 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Five Olimpia Matera players scored in double figures. Olimpia Matera's coach used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
