The game in Vallingby was also quite interesting. Fourth ranked Hammarby (6-3) played at the court of 6th ranked KFUM Blackeberg (4-6). Hammarby managed to secure a 4-point victory 89-85 on Thursday. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But KFUM Blackeberg won third quarter 32-17. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The winners were led by forward Uros Cigoja (198-98) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 18 points and 14 rebounds and guard Ramendra Haag (187-90) supported him with 9 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists. Hammarby's coach Ake Barlin used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Even a double-double of 27 points and 18 rebounds by forward Joacim Edlund (195-93) did not help to save the game for KFUM Blackeberg. Forward Leonard Cooks (190-92) added 19 points and 9 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Hammarby have an impressive five-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Akropol. KFUM Blackeberg lost third consecutive game. They keep the sixth position with six games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
