The game between Top Four teams took place in . One of their biggest challengers host Vestri (7-5) was smashed by third ranked Hottur (8-3) 87-60. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Charles Clark (188-96, college: Carson-Newman) who helped to win the game recording 26 points and 6 rebounds and American-German forward Andre Hughes (203-94, college: E.New Mexico) who added 18 points and 9 rebounds during the contest. Four Hottur players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was Montenegrin forward Nemanja Knezevic (203-87) with a double-double by scoring 18 points, 21 rebounds and 4 assists and Serbian swingman Nebojsa Knezevic (196-87) scored 14 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. Vestri's coach Ingvi Gunnlaugsson gave up on the game allowing to play twelve players seeing no chance for a win. Hottur maintains third position with 8-3 record having four points less than leader Thor AK. Vestri lost third consecutive game. They keep the fourth place with five games lost. They share the position with Hamar. Hottur are looking forward to face league's second-placed Fjolnir in Reykjavik in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Vestri will play on the road against Hamar and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
