No shocking result in a game when sixth ranked Valencia Basket (10-6) defeated at home 15th ranked Gran Canaria (5-11) 83-67 on Sunday. The hosts were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. Valencia Basket dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Gran Canaria's 32. Gran Canaria was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. Montenegrin power forward Bojan Dubljevic (205-91, agency: BeoBasket) fired 18 points and 7 rebounds for the winners.
