Regular Season Round 31: Hiroshima D. - Bambitious Nara 89-78

Everything went according to plan in Hiroshima where first ranked Dragonflies (23-8) beat 5th ranked Bambitious Nara (8-22) 89-78 on Tuesday. Dragonflies looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists. It was a great evening for American power forward Jamari Traylor (203-92, college: Kansas) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 29 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists. His fellow American import forward Terrell Miller Jr. (203-95, college: Murray St., agency: Duran International) helped adding 29 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists. At the losing side American forward Jeffrey Parmer (203-85, college: Florida Atlantic) responded with a double-double by scoring 22 points, 13 rebounds and 5 assists and guard Yuya Ishitsuka (187-92) scored 19 points and 9 rebounds. The victory was the fifth consecutive win for Dragonflies. Newly promoted Dragonflies maintains first place with 23-8 record, which they share with Gunma. Bambitious Nara lost their third game in a row. They keep the fifth position with 22 games lost. Dragonflies will face league's leader Shinshu BW in Nagano in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Bambitious Nara will play on the road against Nishinomiya S. (#3) in Hyogo and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
