Everything went according to plan when tenth ranked SPO Rouen (7-7) beat at home bottom-ranked C'Chartres (3-11) 89-77 on Tuesday. SPO Rouen dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to C'Chartres' 44. SPO Rouen forced 26 C'Chartres turnovers.
