The game between closely ranked teams ended with sixteenth ranked Fujian Nanan's (7-26) road victory over 17th ranked Tianjin (2-31) 78-66. Fujian Nanan forced 20 Tianjin turnovers and outrebounded them 51-35 including a 20-9 advantage in offensive rebounds. 24 personal fouls committed by Tianjin helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a good game for Qingrong Lin who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 16 rebounds. American center Alicia DeVaughn (193-91, college: Maryland, agency: ProDep Management) contributed with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 14 rebounds for the winners. American guard Ieshia Small (183-94, college: Maryland) answered with 24 points and 7 rebounds and forward Ziqi Han (180-99) added 10 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Tianjin. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Newly promoted Fujian Nanan maintains sixteenth place with 7-26 record.
