The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of top-ranked Zubry (16-2) in Bielsk Podlaski on Wednesday night. Visitors were rolled over by third ranked Tur Bielsk Pdl. (13-4) 94-72. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Zubry. They outrebounded Zubry 47-33 including a 39-25 advantage in defensive rebounds. Tur Bielsk Pdl. looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. Five Tur Bielsk Pdl. and four Zubry players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Tur Bielsk Pdl. maintains third position in Group B with 13-4 record having five points less than leader AZS AWF Mick. Zubry at the other side still keeps top place with two games lost. Tur Bielsk Pdl. are looking forward to face Rosa II Radom (#7) at home in the next round. Zubry will play against Legia 2 (#14) in Warszawa and is hoping to win this game.
