ProB top team - Chorale de Roanne (13-3) managed to deliver another win on Friday. This time they beat fourteenth ranked Aix-Maurienne (6-10) in Aix-les-Bains 74-62. The winners were led by American David Jackson (192-86, college: W.Illinois) who scored that evening 23 points and American-Italian point guard Matt Carlino (190-92, college: Marquette) supported him with 11 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Four Chorale de Roanne players scored in double figures. Chorale de Roanne's coach Laurent Pluvy used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even 15 points and 5 assists by center Thomas Hieu-Courtois (200-95) did not help to save the game for Aix-Maurienne. Canadian-Jamaican point guard Jarred Ogungbemi-Jackson (178-91, college: Calgary) added 13 points and 6 rebounds for lost side. Chorale de Roanne maintains first position with 13-3 record.
