Everything went according to plan when seventh ranked Martorell (9-6) outleveled at home 12th ranked Castellbisbal (3-12) 62-42 on Saturday. They outrebounded Castellbisbal 45-31 including 31 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was guard Marti Fonolla (193-96, college: Midland) who scored 13 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. Point guard Albert Valle (181-92) chipped in 14 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Aleix Camprubi (193-87) who recorded 16 points and 6 rebounds and center Gerard Galbete (204-88) added 13 points respectively. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Martorell moved-up to sixth place in Group C-A. Castellbisbal lost tenth consecutive game. They keep the twelfth position with 12 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
