Regular Season Round 16: Mark - Alvik Basket 80-89

Date: January 27, 2019
There was no surprise in Kinna where 10th ranked Mark (1-10) was defeated by third ranked Alvik Basket (10-3) 89-80 on Sunday. Mark trailed by 13 points at halftime and as many as 21 after three quarters before a 33-21 last quarter charge cut the deficit to 80-89 at the end of the game. It was a great shooting night for Alvik Basket especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.4 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international forward Elin Ljunggren (185-96) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 25 points and 12 rebounds and international forward Paula Juhlin (184-91) who added 19 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest.
