There was an upset when second-best DKV San Fernando (8-3) was defeated on the road by seventh ranked Huelva (8-7) 68-61 on Sunday. Huelva outrebounded DKV San Fernando 45-23 including a 31-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. DKV San Fernando was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. The best player for the winners was American forward BJ Gladden (198-95, college: Georgia South) who had a double-double by scoring 15 points and 12 rebounds.
