Regular Season Round 18: Cesena - Crema 81-68

Date: January 27, 2019
There was no surprise when 14th ranked Crema (5-13) lost on the road to first ranked Cesena (13-4) 81-68 on Sunday. Cesena looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Crema's players. It was a good game for power forward Michael Sacchettini (205-95, agency: Octagon Europe) who led his team to a victory with 27 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line). Guard Antonio De-Fabritiis (188-90, agency: Players Group) contributed with 11 points and 5 assists for the winners. Cesena's coach Giampaolo Di Lorenzo used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Point guard Luca Montanari (181-92) replied with 18 points and 4 assists and point guard Mattia Norcino (185-93) added 14 points and 5 assists in the effort for Crema. Cesena maintains first position in B with 13-4 record. Loser Crema keeps the fourteenth place with 13 games lost.
