Very important is a loss of third ranked Fubon Braves (13-10) against fourth ranked Yulon Luxgen (13-12) on Sunday night. Fubon Braves were crushed by Yulon Luxgen 105-75. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Fubon Braves. Yulon Luxgen made 16-of-21 free shots (76.2 percent) during the game. Dawson is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top summer league for players who want to play basketball overseas. Costa Rican-Belizean forward Charles Garcia (208-88, college: Seattle) responded with 15 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists and American forward Tony Mitchell (203-92, college: N.Texas) scored 13 points and 7 rebounds. Five Yulon Luxgen and four Fubon Braves players scored in double figures. Fubon Braves' coach Chin-Tse Hsu gave up on the game allowing to play twelve players seeing no chance for a win. Yulon Luxgen maintains fourth place with 13-12 record. Loser Fubon Braves keep the third position with ten games lost. Yulon Luxgen will face Dacin Tigers (#5) in Taipei in the next round. Fubon Braves will play on the road against Dacin Tigers in Taipei and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
