No shocking result in a game when third ranked Bulgarian Academik Plovdiv (7-3) beat at home 6th ranked Kazakhstan Barsy Atyrau (1-7) 81-67. Nigerian-Italian center Peter Olisemeka (204-91) had a double-double by scoring 12 points and 11 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and American guard Daishon Knight (185-91, college: Illinois St., agency: Mansfield and Associates) chipped in 17 points and 4 assists during the contest. Four Academik Plovdiv players scored in double figures. At the losing side Armenian forward Arkadiy Mkrtychyan (201-95, college: Idaho) responded with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 10 rebounds and American guard Donte McGill (190-95, college: FIU, agency: Two Points) scored 11 points and 5 rebounds.
