Everything went according to plan when fourth ranked Viola RC (14-5) edged on the road 14th ranked Pozzuoli (4-15) 55-52 on Wednesday. Quite impressive performance for naturalized Senegalese power forward Yande Fall (203-90) who helped to win the game recording 13 points and 9 rebounds. Tommaso Carnovali (197-93) contributed with 17 points for the winners. Power forward Matteo Bini (200-94) answered with 15 points and 7 rebounds and naturalized Argentinian point guard Matias Di-Marco (179-84, agency: Players Group) added 6 points and 10 rebounds in the effort for Pozzuoli. Viola RC moved-up to third place in B. Newly promoted Pozzuoli keeps the fourteenth position with 15 games lost. Viola RC will face Palermo GB (#12) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Pozzuoli will play against Cuore Napoli and hope to win that game.
