The game in Thorlakshofn supposed to be also quite interesting. Third ranked Stjarnan (12-4) played at the court of 6th ranked Thor Thorl (8-8). Stjarnan did not have too big problems ending evening with a very confident victory 98-79 on Thursday. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Thor Thorl. The game without a history. Stjarnan have an impressive eight-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Tindastoll. Loser Thor Thorl keeps the sixth position with eight games lost. Stjarnan will meet at home Valur (#10) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Thor Thorl will play against IR (#8) in Reykjavik and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
