Regular Season Round 19: Nanterre - Monaco 77-82

The game between third ranked JSF Nanterre (12-7) and eleventh ranked Monaco (10-9) was the most important one in the last round on Saturday night. JSF Nanterre was defeated by Monaco in a tough game in Nanterre 77-82. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of JSF Nanterre. They outrebounded JSF Nanterre 36-22 including 27 on the defensive glass. Monaco looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Monaco moved-up to ninth place, which they share with Boulazac and Levallois. JSF Nanterre at the other side keeps the third position with seven games lost. Monaco is looking forward to face Provence Basket (#17) in Fos-sur-Mer in the next round and are hoping to win another game. JSF Nanterre will play on the road against JDA Dijon (#4) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
