There was a minor upset in Kaarina where 7th ranked BC Nokia (11-16) was defeated by bottom-ranked Ura Basket (7-21) 97-87 on Wednesday. The hosts trailed by 3 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 8-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 97-87. Five Ura Basket and four BC Nokia players scored in double figures. Despite that victory Ura Basket went down to eleventh position due to points difference. BC Nokia lost third consecutive game. They keep the seventh place with 16 games lost. Ura Basket will face higher ranked Kouvot (#6) in Kouvola in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game.
