Seventh-ranked Moron (9-13) was very close to win a game against fifth ranked Almansa (13-8) on Saturday. Almansa managed to secure only three-point victory 60-57. However their fans expected easier game. British forward Rowell Graham (197-94) nailed 22 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side and American center Thomas Granado (208-88, college: Concordia Irvine, agency: Interperformances) accounted for 11 points and 9 rebounds. Forward Alejandro Rodriguez (200-98) came up with 12 points and 8 rebounds and Bahamas swingman JR Cadot (196-87, college: TCU) added 11 points and 6 rebounds respectively for Moron in the defeat. Almansa moved-up to fourth place in Silver. Loser Moron dropped to the ninth position with 13 games lost. Almansa will meet league's leader HLA Alicante on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Moron will play against La Roda (#12) and hope to secure a win.
