Very expected game when 10th ranked Sykki (2-12) was smashed by fourth ranked Pyrinto (8-5) in Tampere 109-90. The game without a history. Pyrinto led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Pyrinto forced 19 Sykki turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. Point guard Janne Salminen (180-1) stepped up and scored 32 points, 7 assists and 4 steals for the winners and forward Aatu Pollanen (194-0) chipped in 18 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists. At the losing side guard Kalle Koponen (191-2) responded with 31 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists and point guard Anton Suomalainen (180-2) scored 14 points and 4 assists.
