Third-ranked Kings (30-27) used its home court advantage to challenge first ranked Nuggets (39-18) in Sacramento. The visitors from Denver managed to secure only two-point victory 120-118. However their fans expected easier game. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Kings. Nuggets made 22-of-25 charity shots (88.0 percent) during the game.
