Regular Season Round 34: Toyoda Gosei - Kagoshima 100-72

Very expected game in Aichi where 8th ranked Kagoshima (11-17) was crushed by second ranked Toyoda Gosei (21-7) 100-72. Toyoda Gosei dominated down low during the game scoring 72 of its points in the paint compared to Kagoshima's 30. They outrebounded Kagoshima 49-28 including a 34-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. Toyoda Gosei players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Kagoshima's players. It was a very good performance for American Patrick Simon (203-92, college: Seattle Pacific) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 26 points and 11 rebounds. American-Irish Brian Voelkel (196-92, college: Vermont) contributed with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 13 rebounds and 8 assists (perfect from the field making all six shots) for the winners.
