Regular Season Round 24: Sokol Lancut - STK Czarni 92-71

No shocking result in a game when third ranked Sokol Lancut (16-8) smashed at home 7th ranked STK Czarni (12-12) 92-71 on Saturday. It was a great shooting night for Sokol Lancut especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.6 percentage. STK Czarni was plagued by 29 personal fouls down the stretch. The best player for the winners was Wiktor Sewiol (198-97, college: N.Platte CC) who scored 21 points and 6 rebounds. Power forward Rafal Kulikowski (205-85, agency: Promotex) chipped in 17 points and 7 rebounds. Five Sokol Lancut players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Adrian Kordalski (185-95) who recorded 23 points and 5 rebounds and the former international swingman Lukasz Seweryn (195-82) added 16 points respectively. Sokol Lancut maintains third position with 16-8 record behind leader Slask Wroclaw. STK Czarni lost third consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the seventh place with 12 games lost. Sokol Lancut will face league's second-placed Enea Astoria in Bydgoszcz in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. STK Czarni will play at home against Polfarmex (#13) and hope to win that game.
