Argentinian point guard Macarena Durso (162-91) scored 18 points to lead the charge for the winners and Argentinian power forward Ornella Santana (183-90) chipped in 11 points during the contest. The best for the losing side was center Yaiza Garcia (190-88) with 10 points and 8 rebounds and power forward Raby Oliveira (187-97) scored 4 points and 11 rebounds. Almeria moved-up to fourth place in Group B, which they share with Picken Claret. Genero lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the tenth position with 13 games lost. Almeria will face Olimpico 64 (#14) in Madrid in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Genero will play on the road against Real Canoe (#7) in Madrid and hope to win that game.
