No shocking result in a game when third ranked Wisla Krakow (15-7) beat 5th ranked MCKiS Jaworz. (12-10) in Jaworzno 83-65 on Saturday. Wisla Krakow made 16-of-16 free shots (100 percent !!!) during the game. Quite impressive performance for guard Rafal Zglobicki (196-94) who helped to win the game recording 25 points and 9 rebounds. Forward Wojciech Gorgon (194-89) contributed with 19 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Four Wisla Krakow players scored in double figures. Wisla Krakow's coach used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Power forward Daniel Goldammer (200-89) replied with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) and point guard Sebastian Dabek (188-96) added 14 points and 4 assists in the effort for MCKiS Jaworz.Wisla Krakow maintains third position with 15-7 record having four points less than leader Zubry. MCKiS Jaworz. lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the sixth place with ten games lost. Wisla Krakow will face Zaglebie (#9) in Sosnowiec in the next round where they are favorite. MCKiS Jaworz. will play at home against Tarnowskie Gory and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
