Not a big story in a game when 6th ranked Aomori Watts (12-29) were defeated at home by first ranked Gunma (30-11) 83-78 on Sunday. Nigerian forward Abdullahi Kuso (206-84, college: Tallahassee CC) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 27 points and 15 rebounds for the winners and American forward Thomas Kennedy (201-87, college: Detroit Mercy) chipped in 21 points and 7 rebounds.
