Important game to mention about took place in Zaragoza. Eleventh ranked Mann Filter (7-13) saved a 2-point victory at home edging higher ranked AE Sedis (13-7) 58-56 on Sunday evening. It was quite big embarassment for the guest team. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Tania Perez-Torres (183-91) who helped to win the game recording 14 points and 4 assists and American guard Brittany Brown (173-95, college: Florida St., agency: ProDep Management) who added 13 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. Guard Andrea Vilaro (182-93, college: Florida) responded with 12 points and 5 assists and Jamaican forward Shereesha Richards (185-93, college: Albany) scored 7 points and 7 rebounds. Mann Filter moved-up to tenth place, which they share with Bembibre. AE Sedis at the other side keeps the fourth position with seven games lost. They share it with Valencia. Mann Filter will play against Zamarat (#13) in Zamora in the next round. AE Sedis will play at home against Sant Adria (#12) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
